An education and awareness tool
CLB has created a station that is both practical and educational, a first in Quebec. Attractive and interactive, the station is a great tool for education and awareness. The station was located opposite the Domaine des Érables campsite, which graciously offered the site. Two students were hired to operate the station with federal financial support from the Canada Summer Jobs program.

Cleaning and boats
The organization was able, despite the COVID-19 pandemic, to launch its long-awaited boat cleaning project to combat aquatic invasive species. Between June 19 and October 12, 888 boats were washed free of charge before launching. This project was made possible thanks to grants from the City of Lac-Brome and the governments of Canada and Quebec. Moreover, the latter granted us $35,768 for the project under the Regional Support Program for Water Issues.
