Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of members is convened by the board of directors. Its purpose is to present the financial results of the previous year, elect the administrators whose mandate is to be renewed and deal with any questions submitted by the members.

Conservation Lac Brome is funded by contributions from its members, major donors, the Municipality of Lac-Brome, and government grants.
The organization reports annually to its members on its activities and the state of its income and expenditure during an annual general meeting.
